(අ) (i) 2014 සැප්තැම්බර් සිට 2015 පෙබරවාරි දක්වා කාලයේදී ලංකා සතොස මඟින් ආනයනය කරනු ලැබූ සහල් ප්රමාණය කොපමණද;
(ii) ඒ සඳහා ටෙන්ඩර් කැඳවනු ලැබුවේද;
(iii) එක් එක් ආයතනය ඉදිරිපත් කළ මිල ගණන් කවරේද;
(iv) ආනයනික සහල් නිෂ්කාශනය කිරීම හා ප්රමාද ගාස්තු වෙනුවෙන් ශ්රී ලංකා රේගුවට සහ ශ්රී ලංකා වරාය අධිකාරියට ගෙවනු ලැබූ මුදල වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කොපමණද;
(v) සහල් කිලෝවක ආනයනික මිල සහ විකුණුම් මිල වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(vi) ඒ අනුව ලංකා සතොසට සිදුවූ අලාභය කවරේද;
(vii) මෙම තොගයෙන් විකුණනු ලැබූ සහල් ප්රමාණය කොපමණද;
(viii) නරක් වූ සහල් ප්රමාණය සහ සත්ව ආහාර ලෙස සහල් විකිණීමට කැබිනට් අනුමතිය ලැබුනු දිනය කවරේද;
(ix) එසේ විකිණූ සහල් ප්රමාණය, කිලෝවක විකුණුම් මිල සහ සිදු වූ අලාභය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කොපමණද;
(x) සත්ව ආහාර ලෙස එම නරක් වූ සහල් මිලදී ගත් ආයතනය සහ ප්රමාණය කවරේද;
(xi) සහල් ආනයනයේ සිට විකිණීම දක්වා සමස්ත ක්රියාවලිය තුළ ලංකා සතොස වියදම් කළ මුදල, ඉපයූ මුදල හා අලාභය කවරේද;
