(අ) (i) පසුගිය වසර 05 තුළ ලංකා විදුලිබල මණ්ඩලය විසින් ජනනය කරන ලද මුළු විදුලි ප්රමාණය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(ii) ඉදිරි වසර 15 සඳහා ප්රක්ෂේපිත විදුලි ජනනය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(iii) විදුලි ජනන ක්රම සහ පුනර්ජනනීය සහ තාප ප්රභවයන් මඟින් ජනනය කරන ලද ප්රමාණ සහ මණ්ඩලය විසින් ජනනය කරන ලද සහ පෞද්ගලික අංශයෙන් මිලදී ගන්නා ලද ප්රමාණය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(iv) ඉහත (i)හි සඳහන් පසුගිය වසර 05 සඳහා මුළු ස්ථායි සහ ස්ථායි නොවන ජනන ධාරිතාව වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(v) ඉහත (iii)හි සඳහන් ඒකකයක මූල්ය පිරිවැය සහ ක්ෂයවීම් සංරචක ඇතුළුව මණ්ඩලය විසින් දරන ලද ජනනය කිරීමේ ඒකකයක් සඳහා පිරිවැය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(vi) පසුගිය වසර 05 තුළ මුළු විදුලි පරිභෝජනය සහ ඉදිරි වසර 05 සඳහා ප්රක්ෂේපිත විදුලි පරිභෝජනය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(vii) පාරිභෝගිකයන්ගෙන් අය කරනු ලබන ඒකකයක ලාභය/අලාභය සහ එහි විකුණුම් මිලට ඇතුළත් බදු ප්රමාණය කවරේද;
(viii) ඉදිරි වසර 03 සඳහා අපේක්ෂිත මුළු ලාභය වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
(ix) පසුගිය වසර 05 තුළ සාමාන්ය උපරිම සහ අවම විදුලි ඉල්ලුම වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;
