ගරු අ. අරවින්ද් කුමාර් මහතා,— නගර සැලසුම්, ජලසම්පාදන සහ උසස් අධ්යාපන අමාත්යතුමාගෙන් ඇසීමට,—
(අ) (i) නගර සැලසුම් හා ජල සම්පාදන අමාත්යාංශයේ සහ ජාතික ජල සම්පාදන හා ජලාපවහන මණ්ඩලයේ මාණ්ඩලික නිලධාරින් වර්ෂ 2010 සිට මේ දක්වා කාලය තුළ රාජකාරි අවශ්යතා සඳහා සහ ලෝක බැංකු ආධාර ඇතුළු දේශීය හා විදේශීය ආයෝජන යටතේ වූ ව්යාපෘතීන් සම්බන්ධයෙන් විදේශගත වූ අවස්ථා සංඛ්යාව කොපමණද;
(ii) එම එක් එක් නිලධාරියාගේ නම, තනතුර, සංචාරය කරන ලද රට, සංචාරයේ අරමුණ, සංචාරයේ කාල සීමාව, සංචාරය සඳහා මුළු වියදම, (ගුවන් ටිකට් පත් ගාස්තු, යැපුම් දීමනා හා වෙනත් දීමනා) සහ ඒ සඳහා අරමුදල් සැපයූ දේශීය හෝ විදේශීය ආයතන වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් කවරේද;

* Name of the foreign training visits, official visits, designation, the country of visit, purpose of the visit and the expenses are mentioned separately which were carrid out by the officials of the Ministry of City Planning, Water Supply and Higher Education. (Annex - 5)*
* The foreign training visits carried out by the officers of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board from 2010 to January 2019, official visits and visits of testing the pre-shipment items, name of the officer, duration and the country of funding are separately mentioned and the summaries are also attached. (Annex - 6)*
These foreign trainings are provided by institutions such as JICA Institution, ITEC, AFD and foreign states, and they plan required trainings and necessary expenses will be borne. Further, expenses for the testing of pre-shipment of items for the importing goods will be added to the price of the goods by those institutions and produce as the price of the goods and it is only a part of the entire process which is carried out by the relevant contract company for the confirmation of the standard of those goods. i.e. testing of pre-shipments, testing of construction activities using goods and other standards testing after constructions including entire price is included. Hence, it is difficult to produce the expenses for these separately with the available information we possess.
