(அ) இற்றைவரை,
(i) நாட்டிலுள்ள ஊழியர்களுக்குரிய ஊழியர் சேமலாப நிதியின் மொத்தப் பெறுமதி யாதென்பதையும்;
(ii) ஊழியர் சேமலாப நிதியம் முதலீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள நிறுவனங்கள் யாவையென்தையும்;
(iii) ஊழியர் சேமலாப நிதியத்திலுள்ள உறுப்பினர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை யாதென்பதையும்;
(iv) ஊழியர் சேமலாப நிதியத்தின் இசைவற்ற உறுப்பினர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை யாதென்பதையும்;
(v) இசைவற்ற ஊழியர் சேமலாப நிதிய உறுப்பினர்களுக்குரிய பணம் ஏன் அறவிடப்படவில்லை என்பதையும்;
(vi) அறவிடப்படாத உறுப்பினர்களின் பணப் பெறுமதி யாதென்பதையும்

(iv) Number of members non-received of contribution to EPF is 11,781,593 as at 31.12.2011.
Following accounts have also been included into 11,781,593 members non-received of contribution to EPF at present.
· The membership accounts pertaining to the period of pre-service of employees except for membership accounts received contributions at present.
· The membership accounts belong to members who wait until they attain the age of fifty five years after termination of service.
· The membership accounts belong to the members non-received of contributions, even though they are engaged in services.
(v) Action is taken to recover relevant contributions immediately after identifying the members who do not pay contributions to EPF, at the inquiries conducted by the Complaint and Labour Officers in the field. Furthermore, these members are engaged in the services where relevant officers are not exposed to.
(vi) It is impossible to state certainly.
