All visitors must enter through the Jayanthipura checkpoint to enter the Parliament building. Visitors to the Galleries must enter through the Public Entrance at the Public Reception.
You will undergo a body search at the following points:
- Jayanthipura Entrance
- Staff/Public Official/Public/Members Entrance
- Entrance to the Galleries
In the event of a suspicious incident, you may be subject to a body search at any place within the Parliamentary premises.
Visitors accompanied by a Member of Parliament or a staff member must enter Parliament through the Jayanthipura Entrance. They will undergo a body search and identity confirmation.
You must check in at the Public Reception Counter.
