(i) Regulations made by the President under paragraph (c) of subsection (2) of Section 89 of the National Thoroughfares Act, No. 40 of 2008 read with Sections 13 and 14 of the aforesaid Act and with paragraph (2) of Article 44 of the Constitution, relating to the fee to be levied from the drivers of every vehicle using a User Fee National Highway and published in the Gazette Extraordinary No. 1832/28 of 17th October 2013
