Hon. Bandula Gunawardana,—To ask Minister of Telecommunication and Digital Infrastructure,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether a Special Purpose Company was established as per the proposal No. 189 of the 2016 budget;
(ii) if so , the name of that company;
(iii) the objectives mentioned in the Memorandum of Association of the aforesaid company;
(iv) the main directives mentioned in Articles of Association of the aforesaid company;
(v) the names of the directors of the aforesaid company;
(b) If not, why?
