Hon. Nalin Bandara Jayamaha,—To ask the Minister of Power and Renewable Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the date on which Lanka Coal Company (Pvt.) Ltd was established;
(ii) whether the accounts of aforesaid company have been audited, annually;
(iii) if so, by which firm;
(iv) of the reasons led, if the accounts have not been audited;
(v) whether it can be guaranteed that aforesaid company maintains proper accounting standards; and
(vi) if the aforesaid company has failed in maintaining proper accounting standards, of the steps that would be taken against the responsible officers ?
(b) If not why?

(අ) (i) අමාත්ය මණ්ඩලය විසින් 2016 වර්ෂයේදී ගනු ලැබූ තීරණයක් මත 2007 අංක 07 දරන සමාගම් පනත යටතේ සීමාසහිත ලංකා කෝල් (පුද්ගලික) සමාගම ලෙස 2008 ජනවාරි මස 23 වන දින පිහිටුවා ඇත.
(ii) ගිණුම් වාර්ෂිකව විගණනය කර තිබේ.
(iii) 2008 වර්ෂයේ සිට 2013 වර්ෂය දක්වා ඇටිකෝ ඇසෝසියේෂන් වරලත් ගණකාධිකාරී ආයතනය, 2013-2014 වර්ෂ ලෙස දක්වා ගිණුම් බී.ආර්. ද සිල්වා වරලත් ගණකාධිකාරිවරුන් ද විගණනය කර ඇත.
2015 වර්ෂයට අදාළ ගිණුම් විගණකාධිපති දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විගණනය කර ඇති අතර 2016 වර්ෂයට අදාළ විගණන කටයුතු විගණකාධිපති දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් විගණනය කරමින් පවතී.
(iv) විගණනය කර තිබේ.
(v) ගිණුම්කරණ ප්රමිතීන්ට අනුකූලව මූල්ය වාර්තා පවත්වාගෙන ගොස් ඇත.
(vi) අවශ්ය ප්රමිතීන් පවත්වාගෙන ගොස් ඇති නිසා එවැන්නක් අවශ්ය නොවේ.
(ආ) අදාළ නොවේ.
