Hon. Heshan Withanage,—To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the acreage of lands belonging to the Walawe Zone of Sri Lanka Mahaweli Authoriy of Sri Lanka;
(ii) separately on per division basis, of the extent of lands that have been distributed among people;
(iii) whether details of lands that have been awarded for projects over 50 acres in extent;
(iv) whether the lands referred to in (iii) above have been awarded on Cabinet Approval; and
(v) if not, of the methodology in which those lands have been awarded?
(b) If not, why?
