Hon. Sunil Handunnetti,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether he is aware that Manampitiya sand of Polonnnaruwa is issued on the basis of requirement by the Manampitiya Sand Company;
(ii) whether the aforesaid company is a public enterprise, a semi government company or a private company;
(iii) of the names of the Board of Directors of the aforesaid company; and
(iv) of the methodology adopted by the aforesaid company when issuing sand according to the requirement of the buyers?
(b) If not, why?
