Hon. Dullas Alahapperuma,—To ask the Minister of Lands and Parliamentary Reforms,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) of the number of persons who are residing in or cultivating the state lands in the Matara District without any lawful right as at present;
(ii) of the breakdown of the aforesaid figure on per Divisional Secretariat Division basis;
(iii) out of the number of persons mentioned in (i) above, of the number of those for whom action has been taken to provide deeds or permits;
(iv) of the breakdown of the figure referred to in (iii) above on per Divisional Secretariat Division basis;
(v) of the total number of deeds or permits that have been awarded for state lands in the Matara District during the years 2014 and 2015; and
(vi) of the breakdown of the figure referred to in (v) above on per Divisional Secretariat Division basis?
(b) If not, why?

(අ) (i) නෛතික අයිතිය නොමැතිව මාතර දිස්ත්රික්කයේ රජයේ ඉඩම්වල මේ දක්වා පදිංචිව සිටින හෝ වගා කරමින් සිටින පුද්ගලයන් සංඛ්යාව 8,123ක් (අටදහස් එකසිය විසි තුනක්) පමණ වේ.
(ii) එම සංඛ්යාව එක් එක් ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාස අනුව වෙන් වෙන් වශයෙන් පහත සඳහන් වගුවේ දක්වා ඇත.

(iii) මෙම පුද්ගලයන්ගෙන් 5,977 (පන්දහස් නවසිය හැත්තෑ හත) දෙනෙකු සඳහා නීත්යනුකූල ලේඛනයක් නිකුත් කළ හැකි අතර, ඔවුන් වෙත ඉඩම් සංවර්ධන ආඥා පනත යටතේ බලපත්රයක් හෝ රජයේ ඉඩම් ආඥා පනත යටතේ දීර්ඝකාලීන බදුකරයක් ලබාදීම සඳහා ඉඩම් කොමසාරිස් ජනරාල්ගේ 2008/4 චක්රලේඛයේ විධිවිධාන පරිදි ඉදිරි කටයුතු සිදුකරමින් පවතී.
