Hon. P. Harrison,— To ask the Minister of Agriculture,—

(a) Will he state—

(i) the number of officers attached to the Mahailuppallama Research Farm; and

(ii) the researches conducted in that research Farm?

(b) Will he inform this House —

(i) whether organic fertilizer is used on paddy fields cultivated in the Mahailuppallama Research Farm; and

(ii) if so, the quantity of organic fertilizer used on an acre of paddy field in it?

(c) If not, why?
