Hon. A. Vinayagamoorthy,— To ask the Minister of Local Government and Provincial Councils,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the particulars of monies which were given to the Governor of the Northern Province having taken from the local governments run by the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) within the same province;
(ii) on whose direction these monies were taken from the Local Bodies; and
(iii) as to why the said monies were taken ?
(b) If not, why ?

ගරු නියෝජ්ය කථානායකතුමනි, පළාත් පාලන හා පළාත් සභා අමාත්යතුමා වෙනුවෙන් මා එම ප්රශ්නයට පිළිතුරු දෙනවා.
(අ) (i) දෙමළ ජාතික සන්ධානය - TNA - බලයට පත් වී ඇති පළාත් පාලන ආයතන උතුරු පළාත තුළ නොමැත. ඒ අනුව ප්රශ්නයෙහි සඳහන් පරිදි ආණ්ඩුකාරවරයාට මුදල් දීමක් සිදු වී නැත.
