Hon. Ravi Karunanayake,— To ask the Minister of Highways, Ports and Shipping,—
(a) Will he state—
(i) the total construction cost of the Oluvil Port; and
(ii) whether Sri Lanka Ports Authority can be competitive while sustaining the continuous loss of money?
(b) Will he also state the capital and general reserve movements of the Sri Lanka Ports Authority from the year 2007 to date on per year basis?
(c) If not, why ?
