Is he aware that— the houses for estate workers have been built in Estates by the Ministry of Estate Housing and the Ministry of Estate Infrastructure since 1995 ; those housing projects were carried out by the National Housing Development Authority( NHDA) ; the housing loans were provided to the workers by the NHDA and the loans were recovered in installments from their salaries and remitted to NHDA ; the workers were promised that the deeds of the houses would be issued on repayment of the loan in full ; and several estate workers have now paid the said loans in full; Will he state— whether action will be taken to issue the deeds to the beneficiaries of the above housing projects; and if so, as to when they are issued? If not, why?
