(iii) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Agriculture and Lands was presented by the Chair of the Committee, the Hon. Vijitha Herath.
(iv) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Business and Commerce was presented by the Chair of the Committee, the Hon. Seyed Ali Zahir Moulana.
(v) The Report of the Committee on Public Finance was presented by the Hon. (Prof.) Ashu Marasinghe, member of the Committee on behalf of the Chair of the Committee, the Hon. M. A. Sumanthiran.
(vi) The Report of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on National Security was presented by the Chair of the Committee, the Hon. Malith Jayathilake.
(vii) The Reports of the Sectoral Oversight Committee on Education and Human Resources Development was presented by the Chair of the Committee, the Hon. (Prof.) Ashu Marasinghe.
Ministerial Statements
Hon. Dinesh Gunawardena, Minister of Minister of Foreign Relations and Minister of Skills Development, Employment and Labour Relations made a Ministerial Statement regarding the withdrawal from the Resolution of United Nation Human Rights Council.
Adjournment Motion
Adjournment Motion on “Airbus deal of the Sri Lankan Airlines” was proposed by the Hon. Nalin Bandara Jayamaha.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1925 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Tuesday 3rd March 2020.
