Hon. R. Yogarajan,— To ask the Minister of Health,—
(a) Is he aware that—
(i) the estate hospital in Protoft Estate Pussellawa was taken over by the Government in 2009 ;
(ii) a new building was put up and was completed about a year ago; and
(iii) the building remains closed and has not been commissioned for use of the public ?
(b) Will he state in this House—
(i) whether action will be taken to open this facility for use of the public ;and
(ii) if so, as to when it will be opened?
(c) If not, why?
