Hon. Udaya Prabhath Gammanpila,—To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House whether—
(i) he acknowledges that being a dual citizen is a disqualification for becoming a Member of Parliament as per the Constitution; and
(ii) the methodology adopted by the government to determine whether a certain individual is a dual citizen?
(b) If not, why?
