Hon.Vijitha Herath,— To ask the Minister of Housing and Construction,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the legal situation regarding the ownership of the “ Savusiripaya” building which is under the Ministry of Housing and Construction;
(ii) whether the Construction Industry Development Authority is compelled to leave the “Sausiripaya” building;
(iii) if so, of the measures taken in that regard; and
(iv) whether there is a plan to transfer the “ Sausiripaya” Building to some other Ministry?
(b) If not, why?
