Hon. Anura Dissanayaka,— To ask the Minister of Finance,—
(a) Will he inform this House of the profit generated by the National Lotteries Board during the five-year from the year 2009 to 2013?
(b) Will he state—
(i) the names of the lotteries that are run by the National Lotteries Board;
(ii) whether the first prize of Rs. 5 crores and the other prizes consisting of 40 jeeps were given to the winners of the previous draw of the Mega Lottery as it had been published in the advertisements;
(iii) whether the number of winning chances declared and the amounts of the prizes offered for each of the other lotteries have been reduced at present; and
(iv) if so, the numerical value of such reductions?
(c) If not, why?

(ආ) (i) දිනුම් අදින ලොතරැයි - මහජන සම්පත, වාසනා සම්පත, ගොවි සෙත, ජාතික සම්පත, සුපිරි වාසනා සම්පත, සම්පත් රේඛා, පවර් ලොටෝ, එයාර්පෝට් සුපර්ඩ්රෝ. ක්ෂණික ලොතරැයි - සමෘද්ධි, සෙවන.
(ii) ජාතික ලොතරැයි මණ්ඩලයේ 50 වැනි සංවත්සරය වෙනුවෙන් 2013 වසරේදී මෙගා 50 ලොතරැයිය ආරම්භ කරන ලද අතර මෙම ලොතරැයිය වරින් වර නම වෙනස් කරමින් වෙළඳ පොළට ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී. මේ වන විට ලොතරැයි පතේ දිනුම් වාර හතරක් ක්රියාත්මක කර ඇත.
පළමු වාරයේදී සුපිරි ත්යාගය වූ රුපියල් මිලියන 50ත්, ප්රථම ත්යාග වූ "පැන්ඩා" මෝටර් රථ 50ත් දිනා ගත් අතර එම ත්යාග, ත්යාගලාභින්ට පිරිනමා ඇත.
දෙවැනි වාරයේදී සුපිරි ත්යාගය වූ රුපියල් මිලියන 50 දිනා ගත් අතර එය ගෙවන ලදී. ප්රථම ත්යාග වූ ජීප් රථ හතළිහෙන් අළෙවිය මත දිනා ගන්නා ලද්දේ ජීප් රථ 28ක් වූ අතර ඉදිරිපත් වූ ත්යාගලාභින් 26 දෙනාට ජීප් රථ 26ක් පිරිනමා ඇත.
තෙවන වාරයේදී සුපිරි ත්යාගය රුපියල් මිලියන 50 දිනා නොගත් අතර ප්රථම ත්යාග වූ ජීප් රථ හතළිහෙන් අළෙවිය මත දිනා ගන්නා ලද්දේ ජීප් රථ 13ක් වූ අතර ඉදිරිපත් වූ ත්යාගලාභින් 12 දෙනාට ජීප් රථ 12ක් පිරිනමා ඇත.
අවසන් වරට දිනුම් අදින ලද එන්එල්බී ඩබල් බෝනස් ලොතරැයියේ සුපිරි ත්යාගය රුපියල් මිලියන 100කි. එය දිනා ගන්නා ලදී. ජීප් රථ 35ක් දිනුම් ඇදීමට යොදා ගත් අතර අළෙවිය අනුව දිනා ගන්නා ලද්දේ ජීප් රථ 18කි.
එම සුපිරි ත්යාගය සහ ජීප් රථ 18, 2015 අප්රේල් 6 වන දින ත්යාගලාභීන්ට පිරිනැමීමට නියමිතය.
(iii) නැත.
(iv) අදාළ නොවේ.
