Hon. Akila Viraj Kariyawasam, — To ask the Minister of Education Services,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether an insurance scheme has been implemented for the school children by the name of 'Sisu Sampatha';
(ii) if so, the number of school children who have subscribed for that insurance scheme;
(iii) the total value of the benefits given to the students under that insurance scheme in the year 2014;
(iv) the name of the insurance company that joined to implement the `Sisu Sampatha' insurance scheme?
(b) If not, why?
