Hon. (Dr.) Harsha De Silva,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he state —
(i) the number of places registered with the Department of Inland Revenue for carrying on the business of ‘bookmaker’ from the year 2005 to 2013 on per year basis separately under namely three categories— using of agents, the provision of live telecast facilities and without live telecast facilities;
(ii) the names of persons or companies under which each of the above registrations have been made;
(iii) if any of the above registration has been done under a company, the names of the directors of the said company; and
(iv) the total levies collected for each year from the year 2005 to 2013 separately under the three categories given in part (i) above?
(b) If not, why?

(ii) පුද්ගලයන් හෝ සමාගම් පිළිබඳ නිශ්චිත තොරතුරු බාහිර පාර්ශ්වයන්ට ලබා දීම 2006 අංක 10 දරන දේශීය ආදායම් පනතේ 209 වන වගන්තියේ විධිවිධාන මඟින් වළක්වා ඇත.
(iii) පුද්ගලයන් සහ සමාගම් පිළිබඳ නිශ්චිත තොරතුරු බාහිර පාර්ශ්වයන්ට ලබා දීම 2006 අංක 10 දරන දේශීය ආදායම් පනතේ 209 වන වගන්තියේ විධිවිධාන මඟින් වළක්වා ඇත.
(iv) 2006 සිට 2013 දක්වා එක් එක් වර්ෂවල අදාළ කාණ්ඩය යටතේ ලැබී ඇති මුළු ආදායම පහත දක්වා ඇත. 2005 වර්ෂය තුළදී ඔට්ටු හා සූදුබදු පනත යටතේ ලැබී ඇති මුළු ආදායම රුපියල් මිලියන 196.37කි.
