(a) Is he aware of the Philip Gunawardhana Memorial Playground that is being constructed within the Seethawakapura Urban Council limits in the Avissawella Electorate?
(b) If so, will he state—
(i) the year in which its construction was started;
(ii) estimated cost of that; and
(iii) the date on which its construction work is scheduled to be completed?
(c) If not, why?
