Hon. Sajith Premadasa,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he state separately, with respect to each year, the amount of loans written off as bad debt out of the loans granted by the People’s Bank from the year 2005 to date?
(b) Will he inform this House of the amount of loans written off by the People’s Bank as bad debt within the said period, as a percentage of the total amount of loans granted by that bank?
(c) If not, why ?
