Hon. S.M. Marikkar,— To ask the Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation,— (1)
(a) Will he inform this House of the —
(i) total loss incurred by the Sri Lankan Airlines from 1st January 2019, up to now;
(ii) operational loss, out of aforesaid loss;
(iii) annual lease/loan instalment, paid for the aircraft by that institution; and
(iv) number of aircraft for which aforesaid lease/loan instalment is paid?
(b) Will he also inform this House of the —
(i) total amount of the loan, obtained by the above institution;
(ii) total loan instalment, payable annually for the aforesaid loan; and
(iii) capital and the interest of aforesaid loan instalment, separately?
(c) If not, why?
