Main Business of the House for Today
Appropriation Bill (2015) - Committee Stage
Today is the Twenty Third Allotted Day of the Appropriation Bill (2015) – “Committee Stage Debate”.
The following Items (appearing as Item Nos. 2 and 3 of today’s Order Paper) were moved by the House:-
(i) Order under the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act - Passed
(ii) Appropriation (Amendment) Bill - Adjourned debate to be continued
(iii) Second Reading of the Madahapola Sri Ratnapalaramaya Religious and Buddhist Educational Development Foundation (Incorporation) Bill (appearing as Item No. 4 of today’s Order Paper) was passed by the House and referred to the Standing Committee (Legislative) “A”.
The following Bills (appearing as Item Nos. 5 to 9 of today’s Order Paper) were passed by the House:-
