The Hon. Minister of Justice moved a Bill to amend the Prescription Ordinance (Chapter 68).

(i) Institute of Fundamental Studies, Sri Lanka (Amendment) Bill
(ii) Regulations under the Companies Act and the Societies Ordinance
(iii) Dampe, Meegoda Bodhiwardhanarama Sri Madurasama Piriven Viharastha Sanwardhana Sabhawa (Incorporation) Bill
(iv) Nimal Sriripala de Silva Foundation (Incorporation) Bill
(v) Lakshman Wasantha Perera Community Development Foundation (Incorporation) Bill
• Second Reading of the following Bills (appearing as Item Nos. 130 and 131 of today’s Order Paper) were passed by the House and referred to the Standing Committee (Legislative) “A”:-

(ii) Sri Lanka Heritages Foundation (Incorporation)
• Second Reading of the following Bills (appearing as Item Nos. 128,129,132 and 133 of today’s Order Paper) were passed by the House and referred to the Standing Committee (Legislative) “B”:-
(i) The Parents Foundation (Incorporation)
(ii) Japan, Sri Lanka, U.S.A. and German Socio Econ and Human Resources Development International Foundation, Asia (Incorporation)
(iii) Sri Lanka Centre for Development Facilitation (Incorporation)

The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1720 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Tuesday 22nd July 2014.
