Consultative Committees of Parliament
That a Consultative Committee be appointed to be designated as Consultative Committee on Special Projects.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 106, that Committee shall consist of not less than five (05) Members and not more than Twenty Five (25) Members to inquire into and report upon such matters as are referred to it in terms of Standing Order No. 109
That the quorum of the Committee shall be Three (03) Members.
Select Committee of Parliament to Inquire and Report on Strengthening the Independent Character of the Parliamentary Service
House agreed to a Motion moved by the Hon. Chief Government Whip for a further extension of time till 30th of April 2014.

were passed by the House.
Motion at the Adjournment Time
Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Allegations of Human Right violation in Sri Lanka” was moved by the Hon. Eran Wickramaratne.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1855 Hrs. until 1330 Hrs. on Friday 21st February 2014.
