Select Committee of Parliament to look into and report to Parliament on the matter of selecting the Electoral System under which the Provincial Council Elections should be held and submit its proposals and recommendations in that regard
That the time period granted to the Select Committee of Parliament to look into and report to Parliament on the matter of selecting the Electoral System under which the Provincial Council Elections should be held and submit its proposals and recommendations in that regard, as specified in the Resolution passed by Parliament on 06th January 2026 be extended up to 17th September 2026 in terms of Standing Order 102 of the Parliament as the Committee needs further time to report its observations to Parliament.

Motion at the Adjournment Time
