The above Bill was referred to the Minister of Internal & Home Affairs and Provincial Councils & Local Government for report to Parliament under Standing Order 52 (6) of the Parliament.

(ii)    The Hon. Sunil Handunnetti was granted leave to introduce the,

“Bill to amend the Chartered Institute of Transport of Sri Lanka (Incorporation) Act, No. 8 of 2000” 

The above Bill was referred to the Minister of Transport & Civil Aviation for report to Parliament under Standing Order 52 (6) of the Parliament.

was passed by the House.


Motion at the Adjournment Time

Motion at the Adjournment Time on “Pension and etc for Civil Security Service Officers” was proposed by the Hon. Bimal Rathnayake.


The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1840 Hrs. until 1300 Hrs. on Wednesday 24th July 2019.
