‘B’ : Endorsement of the certificate on a Bill under Article 79 of the Constitution
House agreed to the Motion moved and seconded by the Hon. M. A. Sumanthiran and the Hon. Vijitha Herath respectively, that the Standing Orders be suspended for the day.
Vote of No Confidence on the Hon. Mahinda Rajapaksa, Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Ministers and Government appointed on or after 26th October 2018
motion was proposed and seconded by the Hon. Anura Dissanayaka and the Hon. Vijitha Herath respectively and passed by the votes taken by voices, 'Ayes' and 'Noes'.
The Parliament was, thereafter adjourned at 1026 Hrs. until 1000 Hrs. on Thursday 15th November 2018.
