Hon. Ishak Rahuman,— To ask the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine,—
(a) Is he aware that—
(i) the rural hospital located at Gambiriswewa village in the Central Nuwaragampalatha Divisional Secretariat Division, Anuradhapura is currently confined only to a building; and
(ii) though a doctor has been attached to the Outpatients Department during the daytime, there is no doctor at night even for emergency treatments?
(b) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he will pay attention to this matter and take action to offer a solution; and
(ii) if so, the date on which it will be done?
(c) If not, why ?
