Hon. Douglas Devananda,—To ask the Minister of Power and Renewable Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the manner in which the project to supply electricity to the farmers at a concessionary basis is implemented at present;
(ii) the districts in which this project is implemented; and
(iii) the date on which the farmers in the Northern Province including Jaffna where the inauguration ceremony of this national programme was held, get the benefits of this project?
(b) If not, why?
