Hon. (Dr.) Nalinda Jayathissa,—To ask the Minister of Justice & Prison Reforms,—
(a) Will she inform this House —
(i) separately, of the date on which the Attorney General’s Department received investigation reports which were sent by the Financial Crimes Investigation Division (FCID), having concluded the investigations by 01.05.2018;
(ii) of the number of complaints upon which the cases have been filed by now; and
(iii) separately, of the date on which aforesaid each case was filed and of the court before which the case is heard?
(b) If not, why?
