Hon. Thushara Indunil Amarasena,—To ask the Minister of Agriculture,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the number of deaths that occurred due to the unsafe use of agro chemicals in cultivations in the district of Kurunegala from 2010 up to now;
(ii) the Divisional Secretariat Divisions from which such deaths have been reported; and
(iii) the steps that will be taken by the Ministry to raise awareness among people about the use of agro chemicals?
(b) If not, why?
