Hon. (Al-Haj) A.H.M. Azwer,— To ask the Minister of Power and Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the percentage of the electricity distribution system losses which was calculated at the end of the year 2009 ;
(ii) separately, of the percentage of technical losses and the percentage of non-technical losses out of the aforesaid losses ; and
(iii) whether the value given in the answer for (i) above, shows and increase or a decrease in percentage compared with the value for the same at the end of the year 2008?
(b) Will he submit to this House the successful measures that have been taken up to now to reduce the system losses?
(c) If not, why?
