Hon.Victor Antony,— To ask the Minister of Power & Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House of —
(i) the date on which the construction work of the Upper Kotmale power plant, which had been delayed for years, was commenced;
(ii) the amount of Mega Watts expected to be added to the national grid from the aforesaid power plant;
(iii) the total cost of this power plant; and
(iv) the financial loss that the country suffered as a result of the delay of the construction work of this power plant?
(b) If not, why?
