Hon. Udaya Prabath Gammanpila,— To ask the Minister of Ports and Shipping,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the total cost incurred by the construction of the Port of Hambantota;
(ii) whether plans have been made to sell a percentage of its ownership to the private sector;
(iii) what percentage is expected to be sold thus; and
(iv) of the minimum sum of money expected as proceeds from the sale?
If not, why?
