Hon. Praba Ganesan,— To ask the Minister of Rehabilitation and Prison Reforms,—
(a) Will he state —
(i) the number of suspects who have been produced before the court out of the suspects detained under the emergency regulations now in force;
(ii) the number of cases that are being heard against them;
(iii) the number of suspects remains to be prosecuted?
(b) If not, why?
