Hon. Buddhika Pathirana,—To ask the Minister of Agriculture,—
(a) Will he accepts that —
(i) issues have been surfaced in selling the products of the registered seed paddy farmers ;
(ii) a proper price is not given for aforesaid products ;
(iii) they have become discouraged due to aforesaid reason?
(b) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether a methodical program will be implemented in order to purchase the products of seed paddy farmers;
(ii) if so, of which manner ?
(c) If not, why?
