Hon. Nalin Bandara Jayamaha,—To ask the Minister of Power and Renewable Energy,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) the total amount of loan obtained for the construction of the Norochcholai Power Plant administered by the Ceylon Electricity Board;
(ii) whether that loan is repaid by the Ceylon Electricity Board or by the General Treasury; and
(iii) whether the payment of loan instalments and instalments of interest of the loan obtained for the construction of the Norochcholai Power Plant are considered in computing the profit of the Ceylon Electricity Board?
(b) If not, why?
