Hon. Chaminda Wijesiri,— To ask the Minister of Health, Nutrition and Indigenous Medicine,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) whether he admits that the development in the Provincial Health Service has decelerated after the present Chief Minister of Uva Province came into power; and
(ii) if so, whether proper steps will be taken to develop the rural dispensaries and hospitals in the Badulla district in the Uva Province;
(b) If not, why?
