Hon. Gamini Jayawickrama Perera,— To ask the Prime Minister and Minister of Buddha Sasana and Religious Affairs,—
(a) Will he inform this House of the present whereabouts of K.P. Pathmanathan of the L.T.T.E.?
(b) Will he state—
(i) the charges against him ;
(ii) the reasons for the delay in filing those charges ; and
(iii) whether the government admits the fact that he was instrumented in putting the unitary state of the country in danger ?
(c) If not, why?
