Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he inform this House —
(i) whether the candidates who appeared for the “Competitive Examination for the Recruitment of Banking Assistants”, which was held by the Bank of Ceylon in the year 2009, have been informed of the result obtained by each of them in the aforesaid examination by now;
(ii) of the minimum qualifications required for that post;
(iii) of the number of vacancies exist in that post;
(iv) whether persons, who did not appear for the competitive examination, have been recruited for the aforesaid post;
(v) whether all the recruitments have been already completed for the aforesaid post; and
(vi) if not, the number of persons who have been recruited by now?
(b) If not, why?
