Hon. Dayasiri Jayasekara,— To ask the Minister of Highways,—
(a) Will he state whether the establishment called ‘Maga Neguma’, which was established under the implementation of the Mahinda Chinthana Policies, is a Corporation, a Statutory Board or a Department?
(b) Will he submit to this House—
(i) the legal basis on which it has been established ;
(ii) the name and the qualifications of its Chairman ;
(iii) the names and designations of the casual and permanent workers employed ;
(iv) the number of vehicles owned by the establishment and the number of vehicles obtained on rent basis separately; and
(v) separately, the amount of money granted to the aforesaid officers?
(c) If not, why?
