Hon. Sunil Handunnetti,— To ask the Minister of Finance and Planning,—
(a) Will he inform this House of—
(i) the value of total foreign loans obtained by the government in the year 2009 alone ;
(ii) the sources and the interest rates of the aforesaid loans ; and
(iii) the agreed conditions for the loans obtained?
(b) Will he inform this House of—
(i) the value of foreign loans repaid by the government in the year 2009 alone ; and
(ii) the sources of loans which were so repaid with interest?
(c) If not, why?
