Hon. Sunil Handunnetti,— To ask the Minister of Water Supply and Drainage,—
(a) Will he inform this House—
(i) of the total value of the foreign loans received for the entire Lunawa Lagoon Development Project;
(ii) if foreign aid, not in the form of loans, was received for the aforesaid project, the value of the amount received in that manner;
(iii) out of the amount of money received, the amount of money spent for the completion of work;
(iv) the types of work that have not been completed according to a planned project; and
(v) the reasons for not completing the work ?
(b) If not, why?
