Hon Bimal Rathnayake,— To ask the Minister of Justice,—
(a) Will he inform this House, in terms of the years 2012, 2013 and 2014—
(i) as per each year, by a sequential order of the 10 courts in which the most number of child abuse cases have been filed;
(ii) separately, as per each year with regard to aforesaid each court, of the number of cases in which the accused have been proved to be the perpetrators; and
(iii) out of the total number of cases which were filed, of the percentage of the number of cases in which the accused have been proved to be the perpetrators?
(b) If not, why?
