Hon. Mahindananda Aluthgamage,— To ask the Minister of Sports,—
(a) Is he aware that —
(i) the Sugathadasa National Sports Complex Authority was promoted from a ‘C’ Grade state institute to a ‘B’ grade one due to its efficient functioning during the period from 2011 to 2014; and
(ii) it has been demoted to ‘C’ grade once again due to its administrative inefficiencies during the period of past 10 months?
(b) Will he inform this House of the measures that will be taken to get the aforesaid institute promoted to its former status?
(c) If not, why?
