Hon. Dullas Alahapperuma,— To ask the Minister of National Dialogue,—
(a) Will he submit to this House—
(i) the Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and International Non- Governmental Organizations (INGO) registered in Sri Lanka by 01st of January 2015; and
(ii) the addresses of those organizations?
(b) Will he also submit to this House—
(i) the names of the NGOs and INGOs registered in Sri Lanka from 01.01.2015 to 01.11.2015; and
(ii) the contact details of the organizers of those organizations;
(c) Will he further submit to this House, separately, based on each of the aforesaid organizations —
(i) the total amount of money received as financial aid from 01.01.2000 up to now;
(ii) the names of the foreign countries or organizations that provided aforesaid funds; and
(iii) the objectives of those foreign countries and organizations to provide such funds;
(d) If not, why?

(අ) (i) 2015 ජනවාරි මස 01 වන දින වන විට මෙරට ලියාපදිංචි කර තිබූ දේශීය රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධාන සංඛ්යාව 1064ක් වන අතර, ජාත්යන්තර රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධාන සංඛ්යාව 381කි.
(ii) එම සංවිධානවල නම, ලිපිනය, ලියාපදිංචි අංකය ඇතුළු විස්තර පිළිවෙළින් ඇමුණුම 1 සහ 2 මඟින් ඉදිරිපත් කරමි.
එහි සඳහන් වී තිබෙනවා, "Pushpa Rajapaksa Foundation, අංක 78, රොස්මීඩ් පෙදෙස, කොළඹ 07" කියා.

(ආ) (i) 2015.01.01 දින සිට 2015.11.01 දින දක්වා මෙරට ලියා පදිංචි කර ඇති දේශීය රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධාන සංඛ්යාව 17කි. ජාත්යන්තර රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධාන සංඛ්යාව 04කි.
(ii) එම සංවිධානවල නම, ලිපිනය, ලියා පදිංචි අංකය ඇතුළු විස්තර පිළිවෙළින් ඇමුණුම 3 සහ ඇමුණුම 4 මඟින් ඉදිරිපත් කරමි.
(ඇ) (i) 2000.01.01 දින සිට 2011 වසර දක්වා රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධානවලට ලැබී ඇති මූල්යාධාර පිළිබඳ වාර්තා ලේකම් කාර්යාලය වෙත ඉදිරිපත් කර නැත. 2011 වසරේදී රාජ්ය නොවන සංවිධාන පිළිබඳ ලේකම් කාර්යාලය මඟින් අදාළ තොරතුරු ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලෙස මෙම සංවිධානවලින් ඉල්ලීමක් කර ඇතත්, ප්රතිචාර දක්වා ඇත්තේ ආයතන කිහිපයක් පමණි. ඒ අනුව වසර තුනක් සඳහා තොරතුරු ඉදිරිපත් කළ ආයතනවලට ලැබී ඇති සමස්ත මූල්යාධාර ප්රමාණය පහත දැක්වේ;
2011 - රුපියල් 13,926,610,942.00 (රුපියල් මිලියන දහතුන් දහස් නමසිය විසි හයයි දශම හයයි එකයි)
2012 - රුපියල් 11,488,308,761.00 (රුපියල් මිලියන එකොළොස් දහස් හාරසිය අසූ අටයි දශම තුනයි බිංදුවයි අටයි)
2013 - රුපියල් 10,840,293,929.00 (රුපියල් මිලියන දහදහස් අටසිය හතළිහයි දශම දෙකයි නමයයි තුනයි)
(ii) ඇමුණුම 1 සිට 4 දක්වා සඳහන් ආයතනයන්හි මව් සංවිධාන මඟින් අරමුදල් සපයා ඇත. ඊට අමතරව, අරමුදල් සපයා ඇති ජාත්යන්තර ආයතන පහත දැක්වේ.

(iii) 1 සිට 4 දක්වා ඇමුණුම්වල 09 වන තීරුවෙහි දක්වා ඇති සංවිධානයන්හි අරමුණු ඇමුණුම 5 මඟින් විස්තර කොට දැක්වේ.
